The AutoPad® system creates a multi-ply pad for cushioning, wrapping and blocking and bracing applications. 2 or 3-ply kraft paper is separated allowing air to be trapped inside the layers. Inside the paper converter, the layers are crimped together to form a cushioning pad.
The standard system includes an AutoPad II converter, packing station stand with casters, remote box with pad counter, swivel remote and rear roll lifter.
Versatile – several modes of operation allow for batch production or in-line, just-in-time use for most cushioning applications
Adjustable – converter is easy to rotate and is height adjustable to adapt to packing environment needs
Adaptable – multiple stand options and various accessories/customizations available
