Damark combo systems are highly efficient solutions that reduce costs and produce pleasing packages for a wide range of small, large, stable and unstable products. All Combo Systems provide quick changeover and easy film load, intuitive controls and precise seal and wrapping adjustments for strong, accurate packaging. Frames are heavy duty steel or stainless steel for durable, long lasting performance in any production environment. Combo systems include the same precise controls and adjustments for speed, temperature, and wrapping as the industry leading L-Bar sealers.

There are four different DAMARK systems to meet your shrink packaging needs.

• The S3 is a chamber wrapper that seals and shrinks your package in a single step.
• The MP Series comes with a 14 x 18″ L Bar Sealer and a 16″ wide on a single frame.
• The LS-1 Series comes with a 16 x 20″ L Bar Sealer and a 16″ wide on two separate frames.
• The LS-2 Series comes with a 22 x 28″ L Bar sealer and a 24″ wide on two separate frames.

S3 Series | Entry Level Shrink Wrapper

The S3 is a single step shrink wrapper. This entry level shrink packaging system is ideal for low volume (5-6 products/minute) use and is the first step into production packaging. The S3 comes with a 16″ x 22″ seal area and can seal and shrink all types of polyolefin and PVC shrink films.

This chamber style shrink wrapper has a large seal area of 42 cm x 55 cm / 16.5” x 21.5”. It does the sealing and shrinking in one operation using centre-folded shrink films at speeds of up to 5 per minute.

MP Series | L Bar Sealer & Shrink Tunnel System

The MP Series is a complete, economic shrink packaging system with an integrated L Bar Sealer & Shrink Tunnel. The MP Series is available in two main configurations; the MP-2 and the MP-3. The MP-2 includes a standard heavy-gauge welded steel body and legs.

Standard features unique to the MP-2 include; a 14 x 18″ seal area, an electromagnetic seal jaw hold down, a 16″ wide by 9″ tall tunnel opening, a variable speed Teflon mesh belt conveyor, film perforator roller for vent holes, electronic temperature control on shrink tunnel, and top, side and bottom heat vents.

The MP-3 system adds a variable speed L-sealer package discharge conveyor to the MP-2’s standard features.

LS-1 | L Bar Sealer & Shrink Tunnel System

The LS-1 shrink combo system is an economical and simple way to order a complete shrink packaging system. This package combines the SMC 1620 L Bar Sealer and a matching ST-16 Shrink Tunnel.

The LSR-1 comes with a roller style conveyor in the shrink tunnel and is used to shrink wrap stable products such as boxes, brochures, or flat product with a 4″ or greater length or diameter.

The LSB-1 comes with a Teflon mesh belt conveyor in the shrink tunnel and is used for unstable products such as bottles or product that are 4″ or less in length or diameter.

LS-2 Series | L Bar Sealer & Shrink Tunnel System

The LS-2 shrink combo system is an economical and simple way to order a complete shrink packaging system. This package combines the SMC 2228 L Bar Sealer and a matching SZ-24 Shrink Tunnel. The LSR-2 comes with a roller style conveyor in the shrink tunnel and is used to shrink wrap stable products such as boxes, brochures, or flat product with a 4″ or greater length or diameter. The LSB-1 comes with a polymer mesh belt conveyor in the shrink tunnel and is used for unstable products such as bottles or product that are 4″ or less in length or diameter.
